Thriving in the heart of Soufriere, St. Lucia’s first town settled in 1746, is a complex cultural mosaic of the island’s French and English history which is also the location of many of St. Lucia’s most famous attractions – the Sulphur Springs volcano, the Diamond Falls & Botanical Gardens, several working historical estates and the island’ iconic mountain pair, the Pitons, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Downtown Hotel sits proudly in the center of town directly across from the historic town square in the ideal location for enjoying all the town and area has to offer.
The hotel is approximately 29 km from the Hewanorra international airport located in Vieux Fort on the Southern end of the island and 40km from the capital Castries.

Upgrade to a Sea/Piton view room and enjoy a fantastic view directly of the sea of the famous Piton mountain peaks. All rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, cable television, free high speed wireless internet, a private balcony and private bathroom. The Sea/Piton View rooms have 2 Queen size beds.
Royal Suites have two bedrooms and a seating area, both with 2 full size beds. All Royal Suites are equipped with air conditioning, cable television, free high speed wireless internet, a private balcony, private bathroom and a refrigerator. Rates are based on two adults.
Our oversized Soufriere Suites have one bedroom with a large King size bed and a seating area. All Soufriere Suites are equipped with air conditioning, cable television, free high speed wireless internet, a private balcony, private bathroom and a refrigerator. Rates are based on two adults.
